Group fitness sessions offered for 2-4 people. Rates vary between 25-35 per person. 2 people is 35, 3 is 30 and 4 is 25.
For every friend you refer to me that signs up for minimum 3 sessions or meal plan/workout plan, I will offer a free one-on-one workout session.
